Hired earlier this year, the Argentine has not yet debuted for the team due to an issue with his transfer and has already faced a coaching change at the new club. The midfielder could not take the field until the issues were resolved and made sure to mention that he never considered returning to the Argentine team. “It was not nice to be training and not being able to take the field and be with the players at game time. I want to thank my teammates who helped me a lot during this period, I never thought about going back to Talleres, and they told me it was just a phase.

They are good people and in an environment like this, it becomes much easier. I always thought about the next game, being cleared to play, and it took 35 days until I could play,” said Rodrigo Garro, who was introduced by Corinthians this Tuesday (6). The midfielder arrived at Timão and was trained by Mano Menezes, but the coach was eventually fired this week. Garro addressed the crisis facing Corinthians and explained how he feels about the situation.

“Regarding the coaching change, no one likes the situation we are going through, and when I decided to come to Corinthians, I became part of everything that happens,” he stated.
